We also offer an option to accompany you to your venue prior to your special day and provide ideas and guidance using our knowledge of the many venues we have previously dressed:

We have a minimum spend of £1000 for wedding floral. This is necessary because we only use premium products and multiple varieties of flowers and foliage to create our bespoke multi-dimensional arrangements. As we are not a retail florist, we order our flowers specifically for events that have been booked with us in advance and our suppliers sell to us in minimum numbers per item. We also provide a design service and cater for unique and indulgent displays, many of these are popular on social media and include high value items.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for family and friends to contribute to your wedding. This is done by bank transfer and credited to your account.
Designing your Dream Wedding Day
Step 1
We are delighted to offer you a private consultation at our showroom at B.Village, Cramlington, Northumberland. All our clients are met personally and have a relaxed, no obligation consultation where we get an initial insight into you and your partners personalities, interests and how you imagine your ideal special day. Following your consultation, you receive a quotation by email and if you decide to commission us a booking reservation is required to secure your date.
Step 2
Our Owner and Venue Stylist Margaret, works closely with Deborah our Lead Florist outlining your requirements following which we can arrange to meet again if you wish, either in person, or by virtual call and we can even mock up a flower or venue styling example if this helps you visualise how your day could look or you are torn between different ideas. Feedback from our clients is that this helps and gives clarity and reassurance as well as build excitement for the big day.
Step 3
We maintain regular contact with you from our first meeting right up to and including your big day and we strive to capture your concept, theme and dreams and turn these into your bespoke package using colours, designs and even scents to create the perfect atmosphere and attention to detail you want for your special day. We can also suggest and supply hire items from a huge range of traditional and quirky props, perfect to bring fun, laughter and great photo opportunities for you and your guests. If you need further inspiration or ideas to compliment your venue, we can offer to accompany you - just let us know, this is all part of the Willow & Vine service.
Step 4
The day has finally arrived, and you and your partner can now take centre stage at your very own production. Those stunning images and attention to detail you wished for are now a reality waiting to wow you and your guests. Enjoy every moment getting ready knowing we have everything in hand, which we reassure you of when we deliver your bouquets and buttonholes. Now all that is left is for you to enjoy your fabulous day...
